Terms of Service

Last updated 5 August 2026

These terms are a contract between you and the operator of Antilopy. By creating an account, buying a plan, or running the loader, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. What Antilopy is

Antilopy is software you run on your own Windows computer that modifies how the Roblox client behaves on that computer. Access is sold as a subscription. There is no physical product and no installation on our side: you download a file and run it.

2. We are not Roblox

Antilopy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Roblox Corporation in any way. "Roblox" is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to describe what our software interacts with. We do not act for Roblox and Roblox does not act for us.

3. The risk you are accepting

Read this part twice. Using software like ours violates the Roblox Terms of Use. Roblox may detect it and may suspend or permanently delete your Roblox account, including any purchases, items, or currency on it.

We do not control that and we cannot undo it. No feature, setting, or precaution on our side makes you safe from it. If your Roblox account is banned while using Antilopy, that is a risk you accepted knowingly, and it is not grounds for a refund. If you are not willing to lose the account, do not use this software on it.

4. Who may use it

You must be 18 or older to buy or use Antilopy. If you are under 18, you may not create an account, and any account we find to belong to a minor will be closed.

5. Your account

One account belongs to one person. You are responsible for your username and password and for everything done through your account. Do not share, lend, rent, or sell access.

We can see when a single account is used from many places at once, and we may end all of its active sessions or close it. If you think someone else got into your account, change your password immediately — that alone signs out every other device.

6. What you may not do

7. Plans and payment

Prices are shown and charged in Brazilian reais (BRL). Any other currency shown on the site is an approximate reference, not the amount you pay. Payment is by PIX through our payment provider.

A timed plan starts when payment is confirmed and stacks: buying again before it expires adds days on top of what is left. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product, not of the buyer — it lasts as long as Antilopy is operating and does not create an obligation for us to run it forever.

8. Right to cancel, and refunds

If you are a consumer in Brazil, article 49 of the Consumer Defence Code gives you seven calendar days from the purchase to cancel and get your money back, for any reason or no reason. We honour that. Write to us from the email on your account within those seven days and we refund in full.

After those seven days, purchases are final, with one exception: if the software is unusable because of a fault on our side and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time, we refund the unused part of your plan. We do not refund because your Roblox account was banned, because you changed your mind late, or because a feature you did not buy for does not exist.

9. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, charges back a payment, shares access, or attempts fraud. When the reason is a violation, no refund is due. We may also close accounts and stop the service entirely if we shut Antilopy down; in that case we refund the unused part of any timed plan.

10. Availability

This software depends on a game that updates without warning and actively works against it. Antilopy will break, sometimes for days. We do not promise uptime, we do not promise that any particular feature keeps working, and time lost to an outage does not extend your plan unless we say otherwise.

11. No warranty

The software is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim every warranty, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You run it on your own machine, at your own risk.

12. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to Antilopy is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost Roblox accounts, lost in-game items or currency, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damage. Nothing here removes rights that Brazilian consumer law gives you and does not allow to be removed.

13. Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will say so on the site or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Antilopy after that means you accept the new version.

14. Law and forum

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes go to the courts of the consumer's domicile, as Brazilian consumer law provides.
