Statement
Every movement on your balance, with the resulting amount. Written in the same transaction that moved the money, so nothing here is missing.
Balance is topped up by an admin after you pay. Revoking a key that nobody redeemed puts its cost back on your balance; once a key has been redeemed it cannot be revoked, because someone is already using the time it bought.
